Our factory uses 5.5-meter ramming coke ovens, and we are seeking suggestions from everyone regarding environmental protection and dust removal. We use smoke-guiding dust removal vehicles equipped with water seals, but the results are not very satisfactory: handshake
Reply to 1# yueyimolong168: Use: A H+M-shaped dual-tube smoke guidance and dust removal vehicle for rammed coke ovens – a device that enables dual-tube smoke guidance for dust removal at any carbonization chamber location in rammed coke ovens. It consists of components such as the traveling mechanism, rising pipe operation mechanism, rising pipe cleaning mechanism, H-shaped smoke guide tube mechanism, M-shaped smoke guide tube and lateral movement mechanism, smoke guide hole opening and closing mechanism, hydraulic system, and electrical control system. It is a dust removal mobile device that makes use of a movable M-shaped smoke guide pipe in combination with a fixed H-shaped smoke guide pipe and ascending pipe operating mechanisms, to establish a two-way connection between the smoke guide holes in the coal charging chamber and those in the carbonization chambers on both sides that are in the middle or final stages of coking; it enables dual-pipe smoke guidance, especially at the side chambers of ramming coke ovens. Compared with conventional dust removal and smoke guiding vehicles for rammed coke ovens, the dual-tube dust removal and smoke guiding vehicle of the present invention enables dual-tube smoke guidance at any carbonization chamber position of the rammed coke oven. It offers advantages such as flexible adjustment, precise control, easy maintenance, reasonable structural layout, low investment without the need for additional space, significant energy savings, no smoke leakage, and no secondary pollution.
The H+M double-tube smoke exhaust vehicle on the second floor performs well in dealing with smoke and dust, but it suffers from severe leakage from the coke ovens when used for extended periods; moreover, it has a significant impact on the levels of tar and toluene contaminants.
Does that mean the equipment on the second floor can’t be recommended for all coking plants either?
We also want to use this kind of smoke suppression vehicle. We wonder which factory is using it currently and how it works; we would like to go and take a look. I don’t know which factory manufactures these smoke suppression vehicles.
