As the title says! Several boiler energy-saving upgrades were carried out this year. The average energy savings can reach 5%, while the coal savings amount to 6%. But there is a special project that was carried out this year – and what does \"special\" mean in this context? ! Because there were already 13 energy-saving upgrades prior to the renovation. Yesterday, I received reports indicating a 4% improvement in monitoring efficiency and a 6% reduction in coal consumption. The furnace is a 35T chain steam furnace. Because I just started in this field. Although 3 to 4 projects have been completed, the improvement achieved is only 8%-15%, compared to what the boss said when I first started working here. The difference is still quite large. I hope to make products that are energy-efficient, and I would appreciate guidance from those who have experience in this area! As a user, I think decision-makers will be interested in the input and output, as the investment can be recouped within one to one and a half years (which is the case for most common frequency conversion upgrades). When it comes to energy savings, it still depends on the performance of similar types of furnaces. In my opinion, for a chain furnace, it’s already quite impressive if its thermal efficiency can be maintained at over 75%.
