I have a reaction that needs to be changed from batch production to continuous production; how can solids be processed in a continuous manner?
A storage tank is placed in the middle for intermittent feeding, to ensure that the material level in the tank remains above a fixed value; a screw conveyor (for mixing) is installed at the bottom of the tank and connected to the reaction unit.
