We need two reaction vessels; one is used to dilute the raw material, which contains less than 40% sulfuric acid with the remainder being organic substances. There is also another unit used to neutralize the raw material; a large amount of heat and foam are generated during the reaction, so overflow pipes are necessary. Both reaction vessels are equipped with stirrers. The first one has a volume of around 2 cubic units, while the second one has a volume of around 5 cubic units. Is enamel material suitable? Graphite heat exchangers can be used for external circulation cooling.
Cooling is not considered for now; after the neutralization is complete, it is released to cool naturally
