The industrial demonstration unit for the low-temperature methanation of coke oven gas into natural gas, with a daily processing capacity of 5,000 standard cubic meters, was recently put into operation at Shanxi Tongshida Coal Chemical Group. It was developed under the leadership of the Coal Chemical Engineering Research Institute of Taiyuan University of Technology, the Ministry of Education’s Coal Science and Technology Research Center, and the key laboratory in Shanxi Province, in collaboration with Shanxi Tongshida Coal Chemical Group, Hangzhou Linda Chemical Technology Engineering Co., Ltd., and Dalian Purity Chemical Technology Co., Ltd.
