How should excessive temperature of the effluent from the stripping tower be handled during the shutdown of urea production by CO2 stripping?

Has the steam pressure and flow rate not been deducted?
CO2 was removed too early, and the pressure of the high-pressure steam did not drop in a timely manner, resulting in a high temperature of the urine in the stripping tower.
Agree with the opinion above; CO2 removal and steam pressure reduction are not synchronized.
The liquid outlet temperature is too high; it’s likely that the timing for releasing steam wasn’t properly controlled. I’m not sure whether this phenomenon occurs occasionally or every time the vehicle is parked. If it happens only once, it’s likely due to steam and carbon dioxide issues. If it happens frequently, then it’s necessary to check the steam valves and related equipment to see if there are any faulty components.
This post was last edited by cthhfw on 2010-12-1 21:34. Two more reasons: 1. Materials from the synthesis tower leak into the stripping tower; check the liquid outlet valve of the synthesis tower. 2. When sealing the high-pressure system tower, the liquid discharge valve of the air lift tower does not have good sealing performance, allowing material flow.
