Each type of work permit has a supervisor; which department is responsible for assigning such supervisors? Is it your own company or a construction firm? Who will be in charge of supervising one’s own company? Production, safety, or technology? ?

In our company, it’s like this: both parties need to assign supervisors, who are selected from the production staff (shift supervisors or operation engineers) and assigned to be frontline operators. For tasks involving special hazards, it is necessary for production, equipment, and safety technicians to be present to oversee the operations.
