What are the working conditions at Yantai Wanhua?

I have a bachelor’s degree in engineering technology, and I’m curious about what the benefits are at Yantai Wanhua Is it more promising to work in a company in the field of production technology, or to work at a factory design institute?
It’s a really good company; a leader in the MDI industry, specializing in manufacturing processes. I just started working there on a shift basis, and my monthly salary is around two to three thousand

It’s definitely more competitive; the salary and benefits are good, the management is excellent, and the polyurethane production capabilities are very strong.
Some students are working on research and development there; after a year, both of them resigned. The salary is average, and since it’s in Yantai, the location seems a bit remote

Yantai Wanhua is really impressive – they’re coming to Tianjin University for recruitment, and they don’t even require a master’s degree; they consider those with just a two-year degree to be of no use!

Reply to 8# osmosis: Wanhua is indeed outstanding; it requires that both the bachelor’s and master’s degrees be from 211 universities. It even rejects postgraduate candidates from Beijing University of Chemical Technology, claiming that the teachers there are too busy making money and don’t teach students, haha. However, the benefits are indeed good; in the first month of working as a graduate student, the basic salary amounts to 4,000.
Beihua isn’t a good option either; they might not even want to go there. Wanhua is more or less in the mid-tier of the chemical industry – really overpriced
