Can tempered glass partitions be used between the control room cabinet area and the operation stations in a chemical plant? Do we really have to use solid walls for separation?
Our company uses tempered glass for all installations. Personally, I think there are two reasons: 1. Safety considerations. Whether there is a problem with the cabinet or the control station, it is easy to detect through the transparent glass. 2. Before the unit starts operation, the instruments must be tuned and calibrated so that those who can view the data on the control station can communicate with each other clearly.
