Let’s see what my abilities are like If it’s fine, there’s no need for formal employment; one can just pay for the protective equipment by themselves. If you are skilled enough, you can request your employer to reimburse you for the protective equipment you purchase on your own.
Becoming a full-time employee is like stepping into a pit – it depends on whether you’re willing to jump in. If you think you have the ability to get out, go ahead and try it; if you don’t think you can get out, you still have to jump in, because the fact that there’s a pit means you’re still considered a ‘radish’, which is much better than those who aren’t considered such.
Getting a permanent position means providing you with a platform; it’s up to you to decide how to make use of this platform, based on your life plans. Only by becoming a full-time member can one have many training opportunities, can one sharpen one’s skills further, and can one gain a place in this field.
