Propane metering error issue

My propylene production unit is equipped with a mass flow meter, but the cumulative mass recorded by this meter on a daily basis for the propylene flowing to the storage tank area differs significantly from the mass measured through volume measurements in those tanks. I would appreciate it if experienced colleagues could explain this phenomenon to me! ! ! (The tank area is calculated based on an acrylic specific gravity of 0.52 t/m3; the cumulative flow rate of the plant is around 160, while that of the tank area is over 140 tons.)
Propylene is a medium that vaporizes easily. Mass flow meters can display values other than mass flow, such as density; check whether there are significant fluctuations. Large changes in density indicate vaporization, which has a considerable impact on the measurement of mass flow. You can also give me the process parameters and I’ll help you calculate it.
