It seems to be around 1.5-2.0; under such conditions, it facilitates the decomposition of chlorates

I think the pH value should be as low as possible, if that’s feasible.
The acidity level is 0.3–0.5; we are using this value, as it yields good decomposition results. The key factors are the levels of chlorate entering and leaving the system, proper temperature control, and a sufficient residence time. We maintain the temperature at around 86 degrees, with a residence time of nearly 6 hours.
Control it at 1.5–2; this value is generally kept consistent with the pH of the material entering the dechlorination vacuum tower
We have been paying attention to this recently. Our concentrated brine contains around 10 parts per million of chlorates, while the diluted brine has about 15 parts per million of chlorates. Currently, we keep the pH at around 19 in the chlorate decomposition tank, with a chlorate content of around 3 parts per million. I’m not sure what the status is like in this situation
According to quality inspection analysis, the free chlorine content should be controlled by adding acid so as not to exceed 3 g/l
