Questions regarding explosion-proof flexible hoses

I have a question regarding explosion-proof flexible hoses. I only know that the last letters in NGE and NGD indicate the type of explosion protection, while N and G seem to refer to the material; what do they specifically mean? What does BNG stand for as well? I earnestly ask all fellow sailors for their advice!

ANG BNG (NGE NGD) perturbation tubes are classified by explosion protection type into flame-retardant type and increased safety type; A/B is used to distinguish between them. NG refers to perturbation tubes, and the relevant parameters should be specified at the end when placing an order
