Do you want to dry the material by stirring it once after each addition of dry material? There are various forms of stirring operations: gas flow stirring, mechanical stirring, and gas-liquid stirring. Mechanical stirring at medium and low pressures is the most commonly used method.
There are several companies in Changzhou that manufacture drying towers. The principle behind these towers is that a screw conveyor located in the middle and lower part of the tower transports the material to be dried; the bottom of the tower serves as the inlet for hot air, and mechanical stirring takes place above this inlet. Hot air at the bottom of the tower is blown in from below the mechanical stirrer, carrying the wet material that has been stirred and broken up upward, where it then falls into the silo through a venturi effect and a cyclone. The tail material is captured by the bag filter and returned to the silo. The process requirements are simple, and the drying effect is excellent.
