Hello everyone! With the West-to-East Gas Pipeline project, there is an urgent need for the further processing of natural gas from the west and liquefied gas from the east; please discuss any good projects that might exist.
Natural gas can be used to produce methanol, and the cost is much lower than that of methanol produced from coal; however, the scale of production cannot be too small
Natural gas can be used to produce ammonia, methanol, liquefied natural gas, and more. Synthetic ammonia can also be used to produce other downstream products, such as fertilizers, compound fertilizers, and others. Their costs are all lower than those of using coal.

What can be done with the further processing of liquefied petroleum gas? ?
Using natural gas to produce methanol and synthetic ammonia is not a viable option; these are products that require high levels of energy. If the natural gas transported from the west to the east is used for such purposes, it certainly won’t be cost-effective
