Our company has a heating furnace with only one burner. During an attempt to implement automatic control of the furnace temperature, the control valve regulating the gas flow opened wide and then returned to its original position; the consequences were, as one can imagine, predictable! A muffled thud! Everyone in the factory knows! ! I don’t know what the reason is! !
This estimated control valve is good! Most likely, the changes in fuel temperature or pressure exceed the regulating capacity of the control valve! That’s how our oxygen flow will be! Generally, adjust the alarm to a range close to that point! That’s good so I can be prepared! ! ! !
Possible causes include a decrease in pressure before the control valve, an increase in pressure after the valve, valve blockage, or water in the fuel gas.
The self-adjusted data you provided is incorrect! Check the historical curve. Suggestion: Change to manual adjustment.
However, generally the self-tuned parameters (PID) you provide should not be problematic! But there are also special ones! One of our control valves has been sticking shut for some time now! Later, her PDI was reset, and it’s back to normal! I analyze it myself and think it might be caused by some minor, invisible fluctuations in operating conditions! ! ! ! Hehe
