What is the nitrogen pressure after the expansion tank and oil storage tank of the heat transfer oil furnace are sealed with nitrogen? After nitrogen sealing, how is the water vapor removed during oil boiling? I would appreciate your advice. Urgent!
This post was last edited by zgj2405 on 2010-12-8 21:32. Note: Boil the oil first before filling it with nitrogen! ! The pressure should not be too high; as long as there is movement within the system, that’s sufficient.
If your pipeline has been exposed to steam, you need to first blow it out with air in order to reduce the amount of moisture inside the pipeline and thus shorten the dehydration time. We have specially designed dehydration pipelines here! ! After dehydration, go through the heating pipeline! !
Why nitrogen sealing? Our system does not require a nitrogen seal; nitrogen seals are dangerous, so it is sufficient to operate it at normal pressure.
The 120W high-calorie furnaces in our factory do not have a nitrogen seal.
