Seeking help with heat exchanger calculations

Recently I calculated a heat exchanger. Originally, a fixed tube sheet heat exchanger was used. The required number of tubes is one, and all calculations are correct. This is mainly because the demand for circulating cooling water is relatively low. How should I improve? It’s so contradictory now. The inlet and outlet temperatures of the circulating cooling water remain unchanged. Is it okay to switch to a shell-and-tube heat exchanger now? Everyone, please share some suggestions; I thank you in advance! ! !

It shouldn’t be asked; using a finger is much more appropriate

Reply to 4# pinestone: You calculated that only one tube is needed. It won’t cost much for something this small. You can also make one by using a large tube and a small tube on your own.
Casing type is fine; the cost is very low. But, the situation you described is likely due to poor heat exchange.
