The newly appointed moderator for the Process and System Design section noticed that there is a considerable number of requests for help in this section. Due to the high volume of posts posted there, some of those posts remain unresolved and get lost, leaving the posters without satisfactory answers. It is suggested that the community create a summary of request posts on a weekly basis: for those questions that are relatively simple or have already been asked with answers, the moderators can provide links and then close those posts; as for those questions for which there truly are no answers or for which no one has responded yet, a monthly summary should be created. In other words, such posts should be categorized for handling, so as to ensure that all request-for-help posts receive responses, thereby increasing members’ trust in this forum. I’ve just become an official moderator, and I’m still learning about various issues; I’m not sure if this suggestion is correct. I ask all the moderators to offer their criticism and suggestions.
Great suggestion, but it will increase the workload. Thank you all!
That’s a great suggestion; it will make things easier for everyone. I usually only look at the questions on the first page, and I believe many others do the same
Reply to 1# ziyouruifeng: This suggestion is quite good; I recommend that all moderators conduct regular inspections and deal with relevant request posts continuously!
It’s a great suggestion, but it will increase the workload for the moderators. Thank you to all the moderators! You’ve worked hard! :handshake
The suggestion is good; I support it. However, it increases the workload for the moderators – keep up the good work!
