Questions about hydrocyclones

Gentlemen, I have a question regarding the use of a hydrocyclone. Our company has a type of material that consists of several components; in addition to the liquid phase, there are three solids with different densities. We now want to separate the heavier components from each other. How should a centrifuge be designed, and how many stages in series are required?
It is also difficult to separate three solids with different specific gravities using a centrifuge; although it is theoretically feasible, it is hard to achieve in practice due to the actual operating conditions of the equipment and connections. First, liquid-solid separation must be carried out, and then rinsing separation can be used.
Try using dissolution and recrystallization, or employ a three-phase centrifuge to attempt separation; mainly, I’m not sure what the three solid substances the original poster is referring to are I’m not too familiar with the physical properties, so it’s hard to say.
