Our factory is located in the northeast, where temperatures are low in winter. Recently, we have encountered problems with pipes freezing up. I would like to ask how this can be resolved. Thank you to all my colleagues!

In environments with low external temperatures, all pipes need to be insulated; of course, different insulation materials are chosen depending on the level of requirement None of the instruments require steam tracing, and some pipes also have steam tracing! The design institute should provide you with guidance!
Since it is an oil heat exchanger, appropriately increase the oil temperature to reduce its viscosity! Ensure proper insulation!
Is the equipment under maintenance? Is it usually turned off when in standby mode? Heat by external steam feeding
