Please share how your factory controls the turbidity of the circulating water
Current factories use side filters for control
It can be controlled through a side filter, or by increasing the amount of make-up water via wastewater discharge.

Previously, side filtration was used; now it has been changed to a valveless filtration system
It is controlled by increasing the amount of make-up water through wastewater discharge.
Control is achieved by adjusting the amount of fresh water added, with moderate effectiveness.
The turbid circulating water can be precipitated by adding flocculants, while the clear circulating water is treated with a bypass filter and more water is added for makeup and drainage.
1. Control turbidity by adding fresh water, with the requirement that the turbidity of the fresh water added be less than 3 NTU. 2. Controlled through a side filtration system. 3. Control through waste discharge. 4. Conduct regular sterilization and stripping to reduce the level of contaminants in the system.
Floculants can be added if conditions permit; otherwise, it will result in increased costs and additional management efforts
