Does any fellow marine engineer know how to remove the rust that forms on the tank wall above the floating disk of a floating roof tank? I have a question! Thank you!

How to blow to high places above?
Using sandblasting to remove rust inside the tank can cause damage to the internal floating disk; it is recommended to remove the disk first before proceeding with sandblasting.
First, use triangular wood to support the rubber ring, so as to prevent a large amount of water from accumulating on the floating pad and causing damage. A person stands on the floating pad, starts the fire pump, and uses a pressure of 7 KG to wash the tank walls; this should work. This is how it’s done in companies outside. If the pressure is difficult to control, more fire pumps can be used

We fill the tank with water, and once the floating pad rises, people stand on it to remove rust
Our internal floating roof tanks have a clear height of 1.7 meters at the inner support level. The tank body is equipped with upper manholes and lower manholes; the lower manholes are generally used for tank cleaning, where residual oil and water are first removed. Once that is done, the manhole is opened and an oil-resistant, anti-static pump is used to extract the oil and water from within the manhole, allowing for their treatment. After the liquid has been drained, the oil stains on the bottom of the tank are cleaned up, and proper ventilation measures are implemented to ensure safety!
