What procedures are required to establish a new chemical plant? From the perspectives of land use, fire safety, environmental protection, lightning protection, tap water supply, landscaping, etc., what procedures are required in Europe? And what does smooth operation look like?

After obtaining the approval for registration, apply to the land management department for planning permits and land use certificates, using the project’s feasibility study report and the approval from registration; 3. Based on the feasibility study report and the approval from registration, consult a safety consulting agency to prepare a safety assessment report for the project, and then apply to the local safety supervision department for approval regarding the project’s safety aspects; 4. For larger projects, it is also necessary to conduct an environmental impact assessment in accordance with the requirements of the environmental protection department and obtain approval for it; 5. Based on the feasibility study report, the approval from registration (including the approval from the environmental impact assessment), prepare an environmental impact assessment report and submit it to the environmental protection department to obtain its approval; 6. In some areas, occupational health assessments and energy efficiency evaluations are also required for the project.
