Investigate the issue of excessive vibration at the outlet of the high-pressure ammonium pump

Our plant uses the 1620T/DCO2 stripping process. This year, the pipeline that carries high-pressure methylamine from our plant to the high-pressure ammonium methylate washer on the eighth floor experiences significant vibration, especially at that location on the eighth floor. We have avoided the speed range where pump resonance occurs, and a buffer tank is also installed at the outlet. I would like to ask how to reduce vibration. :handshake
Please check: 1. Is the pumping volume of the pump normal? 2. Is the outlet check valve leaking? 3. Or, 2 pumps with different speeds operating in parallel?
The pump looks great. An outlet check valve and a high-pressure ammonium methoxide pump – one of each is sufficient for us.
This falls under the process of the first 8 plants; the best solution is to use centrifugal ammonium methoxide pumps in those plants that are temporarily shut down – simply replace the existing pumps with these.
