Dust problem in the granulation tower

The urea granulation tower used in the 1620D/TCO2 air-lift process generates a large amount of dust, resulting in significant waste. The design of these granulation towers back in the 1970s did not take into account the local climate. Given this situation, I wonder how others have managed to address the issue of dust generated by these granulation towers?
