This post was last edited by sdhklh on 2010-12-13 19:06. How many layers of anti-corrosion treatment are generally used for glass flake anti-corrosion in saltwater equipment? Our current procedure is to first rust-proof the base material to the required standard, then apply 2 coats of primer, and subsequently 2 coats of topcoat. Is it the number of coating layers that is too low? Can glass flakes be sprayed on? How do you all do it?
A primer is applied, followed by 2mm of glass flake coating, and then another topcoat
