Dear marine friends, please share the online analytical instruments you have used, and exchange the experience gained from their application, so that everyone can learn from it.
There are a wide variety of online analytical instruments in use across various fields nowadays. I would like to ask everyone to talk about calorimeters used for natural gas analysis; The best choice of instruments for sulfur recovery units, such as sulfur ratio meters, mass spectrometers for multi-channel multi-component analysis, and micro-sulfur analyzers.
Has anyone used Emerson’s infrared analyzer? How effective is it, and is it prone to malfunctions?
Our factory is about to install an online concentration detector, and I’m worried about its stability. Because once there are issues with accuracy, it will have a significant impact on production; please share your opinions, everyone.
Reply to 4# DCY1973: What aspect does the concentration online detector you mentioned relate to? The principles, methods, and requirements of different detectors vary—they are not the same.
The online concentration monitoring I’m talking about is used in the production of titanium dioxide; it is primarily used to detect metaphosphoric acid in the titanium solution. I haven’t seen the actual equipment yet – I’ve only heard about it. I’ll discuss this with you again when I get there, haha!
