Currently, in my workshop, the confirmation of completion of work related to HF is done by checking whether there is any smoke by opening the drain pipes. However, due to broken drain pipes in certain equipment and scaling in the bottom of the distillation tower, we realize that in future, the back-end systems of the plant will face an increasing risk of blockages in pipes and drain pipes caused by such scaling. Relying on the method of opening drain pipes to determine whether the system has been completely purged is not 100% reliable. We need to be extremely cautious when it comes to the completion of work and maintenance on HF systems. Do any of you have any effective solutions? Thank you!
Strictly speaking, to determine whether a permutation is qualified, it should be determined through sampling analysis.
