I used to be a moderator in the Engineering Management section, where there was a weekly \"Star of the Week\" award program that was very effective at encouraging active participation among users. Could we adopt something similar? I’d like all moderators to discuss this matter.
Nanhai Anqi, xu*ang309, has performed excellently; it is recommended that the team leader end the probation period ahead of schedule and grant them full employment status sooner. They have been working for a month; the standard probation period is 2 months, and I suggest that the super moderator consider this.

Notes regarding the daily topics in the Quality Section: 1) All participants must receive a reward: the reward for the topic-related post of each day ranges from 5 to 20 points, or more as appropriate (moderators should try to keep the score below 10 points). For multiple-choice questions answered correctly, scores are assigned based on the order of the responses: 2nd floor: 10 points, 3rd floor: 9 points, 4th floor: 8 points, 5th floor: 7 points, 6th floor: 6 points, and 5 points or less for floors 7 and above; no score is given for incorrect answers. Doubling of detailed descriptions and sources is available. No scoring will be given for replies on the second day. 2) Please hide your replies; the method for doing this is: http://bbs.hcbbs.com/thread-492556-1-1.html 3) Do not edit your replies after posting them, as replies that are edited will not be rated. 4) Due to the busy work of moderators, they can move posts down on the following day. 5) Please ask the moderators in the Quality section to actively post and rate posts, especially ensuring timely and proper rating of topic posts that were not posted by them. A reminder to all moderators: be sure to mark processed posts as read to avoid redundant work. P; . 9. Spamming posts should not be encouraged; the moderators should merely issue reminders. Points can be deducted, warnings given, and posts deleted in cases of malicious spamming. These are the key measures used in quality-focused areas to encourage the posting of legitimate content. 6) Members are welcome to propose daily topics. These topics should be rich in content and not be limited to multiple-choice questions; more discussion-based content and Q&A posts should be included to encourage participation from other users. 7) Moderators may post at most one message per day (let’s see how popular this will be; if moderators can’t do it and no members post either, popularity will surely be low, so this rule needs to be changed).
Some suggestions regarding the post by the bookboy upstairs: There is no need to impose limits on the points awarded for topic-based posts, but moderators should try to avoid giving scores higher than ten. Daily topics should have rich content – they shouldn’t be limited to multiple-choice questions only; more discussion-based content and Q&A posts should be included to encourage participation from other users. The scoring of replies can be determined based on the quality of the response. For multiple-choice questions, points can be assigned according to the order in which answers are given – for example, those who answer correctly from the 2nd to the 10th floor could receive ten points, while those further down could get six points, and so on. It’s unreasonable to give extra points for the first fifteen replies only; no extra points should be given for replies after that. For simple questions like multiple-choice ones, around 30 replies should be sufficient. Since it’s a daily topic, replies given on the following day should not be rewarded with extra points. Moderators can move such posts to lower positions in the list. It’s recommended to have just one topic per day – too many topics aren’t advisable.
A reminder to all moderators: Posts that have been processed must be marked as read, so as to avoid unnecessary repeated work. Spam posts should not be encouraged; moderators need to issue reminders. For malicious spamming, points can be deducted, warnings given, or the posts deleted

It’s suggested to have just one question per day! ! Also, after completing the daily question, it is recommended to automatically update the daily question summary post! !
