It’s only December this year, yet many employees in the workshop have already resigned. Reasons for analysis: 1. Prices are rising, but wages remain unchanged. 2. The evaluation methods are unreasonable, being too inhumane in some cases. The old employees were forced to leave, and the new employees couldn’t stay for even 3 days before leaving as well. 3. Working 12 hours a day, one ends up earning just a little over 2,000 per month. Working as a human is boring; all one can think about is changing jobs. If wages don’t increase, how can people’s morale stay stable?
There are few changes in our team. It’s rare to see either one in a year! Unless there is a major change in the industry. There were also many who left before. But we didn’t even make it to the New Year.
It’s more or less the same wherever you go; it’s fine if you’re not bringing a family, otherwise it’s even more annoying.
The economic situation is improving, and talent mobility is accelerating
Born, easy; Alive, easy ; Life is really fucking tough~~~
Several people have left our company this year; some of them had master’s degrees or were senior engineers. Some did it because of financial reasons, and I think some other reasons were related to the poor working environment in the company
There is also high turnover in our company. I just started working here and was still on probation; in less than two months I already became a regular employee. New faces show up almost every week. I’ve gotten used to it – I just smile, lower my head, and go back to eating.
