Problems with the electric actuator of gate valve AUMA

The on-site operator said that the valve was closed properly, but the actuator indicated over-torque; how can this problem be resolved? Denso is AUMA; the AUMA technician said that if we went a little further back, the fault would be resolved. The valve is on-off type
The actuator might be turned off too much, so it’s sufficient to reduce its movement a little!
