No one steps forward; it seems that everyone lacks confidence. I’m not very talented, but I started as a project secretary and gradually progressed to become a project assistant. I strive to become a project manager – it’s not an overly ambitious goal; it’s just one stop along my life’s journey. I hope to work hard together with everyone. Everything is fine!
The starting point is relatively low, but you need to study project management diligently; by being able to utilize your skills in management and achieving good results, you will likely be close to taking on the role of project manager by then.
Appreciation from leadership is what matters; everything else is unimportant.
