The liquid from the reflux drum is sent as reflux to the pasteurization section of the tower. How should this sentence be translated? I’ve found that “pasteurization” refers to pasteurization treatment; it’s related to an ethylene distillation tower. I can’t translate the part referring to the red section – please help!

The reflux liquid enters the distillation zone at the top of the tower directly. The top section of the tower served as the pasteurization section; it’s not necessary to translate that word entirely.
The 4L flip was done perfectly, expert! Although I am not familiar with ethylene distillation towers, based on general principles, it seems that the reflux liquid is collected at the bottom of the distillation tower and sent to a reflux tank, from where it then enters the top of the distillation tower, creating a cycle.
