What rules of conduct should we follow at work? I would be grateful if seniors could give me some guidance
Listen more and speak less; do more and talk less; learn more and observe more
I’ll also bring a bench over to attend the class:D
Personally, I think the most important thing is sincerity.
Be mindful of your words and actions; you should accept what others say with an open mind and without resistance. To be honest, some senior engineers have somewhat odd temperaments; sometimes one has to learn to be patient, and patient again! ! !
Do your own job well and communicate more with other colleagues.
