The qualifications for general contracting are specified in Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China, Document No. Jian Shi 72, \"Standards for Special-Class Qualifications of General Contracting Construction Enterprises\" ； The \"Standards for the Qualification Grades of Construction Enterprises\" are divided into three parts: the standards for the qualification grades of general contracting construction enterprises include 12 standards, those for professional contracting enterprises include 60 standards, and the standards for labor subcontracting enterprises include 13 standards.
