Is the heat transfer oil furnace emitting white smoke?

This post was last edited by zgj2405 on 2010-12-22 13:02: Two heat transfer oil furnaces side by side in the company! ! One unit is working fine, while the other is producing white smoke. Inside the furnace, everything seems normal, and there’s no water in the gas supply; yet the cause of the problem cannot be identified. Could any expert help me find out what’s going on?
How long has it been used? What is the operating temperature? What are you burning?
Which place is emitting white smoke? This needs to be made clear

Where is the smoke coming from? ? A furnace or a heat transfer oil tank? ?
White smoke is caused by a low exhaust temperature; the water vapor produced by combustion reaches the dew point, forming water droplets that appear white.
