It’s the end of the year – do companies give out year-end bonuses before the Spring Festival or after it? Sorry for the various disruptions!
Our company usually sends it around January 15th, that is, before the Spring Festival. But the amount isn’t much – only 2,000 yuan; it’s not worth it! Send it or not. . .
The year-end bonus hasn’t been given yet! It should be released after the New Year!

Basic salary only; nothing for holidays. Private companies are too stingy
If it’s sent before the New Year, then there won’t be a way to celebrate it! Although it’s not much, it’s still the highest amount I’ve received in 12 months.
