Why don’t Siemens turbines require warm-up?

The turbine currently used in my installation is from Siemens. However, what differs it from other turbines during startup is that it has only a pipe warming process and no machine warming process. Will starting up the equipment in this way have any impact on it? There is a check valve on the outlet valve; if it needs to be warmed up, how should it be warmed up?
When the unit is started up, there is actually a warming-up process. Once the pipe warming-up is completed before startup, the quick-close valve and the control valve are opened, and the unit enters a low-speed warming-up phase (which usually lasts from half an hour to an hour; it takes longer in winter). After that, the speed is increased to enter the high-speed warming-up stage (about 20 minutes), and then the speed is further increased to the rated speed so that the unit is ready for use.
