I would like to ask whether fixed pipe supports are needed along the 400-meter length of a directly buried insulated pipeline with a diameter of 80 mm. The medium being transported is hot water at 95/70 degrees. If such supports are necessary, how should they be installed?
For DN80, there’s no need at all for compensators or fixing piers~ As long as the burial depth meets the requirements, that’s sufficient~
The temperature here isn’t very high, and since the pipes are buried, fixed supports and expansion joints are generally not necessary, unless there are turns, equipment, or connections using special pipe shapes
