In construction projects, how many coats are typically applied to the outer surfaces of pipes and equipment? What is the thickness of each coat, and what types of paint grades should be used? Additionally, what are the well-known paint brands at home and abroad?
I have four coats here: two base coats and two top coats； Chlorosulfonated polyethylene primer and topcoat are used ；
Different environments require different anti-corrosion solutions; the specific service life requirements determine which solutions should be used. No single product can suit all situations. As a general guide, one can refer to the construction plans provided by design agencies, or seek specific solutions from contractors or paint suppliers. Reputable anti-corrosion paint manufacturers usually have relevant products available, so there is no need to be restricted to a particular manufacturer or brand.
As jinking2008 said, the choice of paint should depend on the local environment. Some of the more well-known paints both domestically and internationally include Zou Dun, Simacaron, and International Paints.
