What is the model of the 2H3 HTO-03aCB safety valve?

I know that in 2H3, the 2 refers to the inlet diameter of the safety valve being 2 inches (DN50), and the 3 refers to the outlet diameter being 3 inches (DN80). Please help me understand the rest of it; thank you!

For the safety valves of Beijing Aerospace 11th Institute, call them and ask
2H3 HTO-03aCB: H stands for channel code; HTO is the manufacturer’s code; 03a indicates 300LB strength; CB means carbon steel. All of this is just my guess! If you know which manufacturer it is, you can call and ask!
