Things have been really strange lately; a few days ago I was reprimanded by my direct supervisor. After thinking about it, I realized that I indeed hadn’t done my job properly, so I accepted the criticism. I never expected that just as I started working today, the general manager took matters into his own hands, gathering my two supervisors along with the people from our laboratory, plus the head of the technical department; they scolded us harshly in the laboratory for an entire hour! ! ! :@ :@ :@ :@Even our leaders weren’t spared; they essentially dismissed all our work from the past year, saying that we hadn’t done a good job. We’ve been working for two years now yet still can’t handle the pilot tests related to the entire manufacturing process skillfully enough to help resolve problems that arise! Damn, the lab has been around for ten years and no one has ever managed to do this. Judging from the standards he sets for us, if I were to achieve that, I would definitely reach a position higher than that of the director. They talk about the yield needing to be stable and free from fluctuations – what nonsense! All statistical average curves in the world show fluctuations up and down. Even with the level of equipment and process control we have in our company, it’s still possible to achieve more or less stability. Damn it! ! ! !
