Can a pipe sight glass be installed directly on a valve?

No rectification is needed, right? Do I still need to add a short circuit?
I’ve really never seen it before; it’s quite imaginative. However, processing the flange surface should make it usable. A straight-through valve is ideal; avoid using ones with low inlet and high outlet – even if they’re not used in the wrong orientation, there are still ways in which minor residues can remain on the sight glass
It can be installed directly behind the valve, or it cannot be connected directly to the equipment.
