Size of the oxygen-to-vapor ratio ; A higher oxygen-to-gas ratio will lower the reaction temperature for vaporization, and thus the outlet temperature will also decrease; the same is true in reverse. 6. Selection of the vaporizer temperature ; The higher the temperature, the higher the vaporization temperature will be, and the outlet temperature will increase as well; however, it must be kept within the range of ash fusion. 7. Air distribution effect of the furnace grates ; It has good air distribution, low resistance, and the outlet temperature will decrease somewhat. 8. The instrument detection signal is inaccurate ; 9. Internal leakage in the jacket 10. Insufficient coal addition, affecting the increase in outlet temperature.
