How many local refineries in Shandong are carrying out expansions?

I heard that Dongming Petrochemical, Lanqiao Petrochemical, Hongrun Petrochemical, and Shandong Haihua are all planning expansions – please share your opinions
Dawang Huaxing, Guangrao Zhenghe, Weifang Hongrun, Shandong Haihua, Binbo, Tianhong, and Shida Technology are all carrying out projects
The Dongming project in Caiyuanji should have been completed and put into operation by now!
In the eastern area of Jingbo Petrochemical, a 150-unit vacuum distillation plant and a 40-unit reforming unit are under construction. The wastewater treatment plant and its associated facilities in Phase 2 include units for heavy catalytic cracking and stripping, among others. Tianhong is building a 150-unit catalytic cracking plant, while Yongxin seems to be constructing a large coking facility; the exact capacities aren’t known. Binyang is building a 40-unit reforming unit, and Wudi Xinyue aims to become Shandong’s second largest epoxy production facility. The heavy catalytic cracking unit should have been put into operation by now. Zhonghai Asphalt Co., Ltd. is carrying out work on a wax oil hydrogenation plant as well. Lao Huaxiang in Xin County, Shandong Province, has been acquired by Dongying Shengkai; the equipment is currently under maintenance. Plans are to install a 120-ton per day atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit as well as a 50-ton per day heavy catalytic cracking unit. In addition, Huaxiang’s chlor-alkali plant has a 3-ton per day epoxy production project
