However, the students of the class of 2011 are getting closer and closer to graduation day – ending their innocent and naive school life to enter the workplace and embark on a new journey filled with possibilities and uncertainties. A new starting point, new hopes~~~ Everyone is looking forward to it while also feeling a sense of melancholy…… Eager to set off on this new journey, filled with excitement and enthusiasm, hoping to create something new for themselves ; But at the same time, facing the end of those simply wonderful campus days, and the separation from classmates who had cared for one another and helped each other like brothers and sisters, with those who had been together day and night for 3 or 4 years now going their own ways, how could one not feel deep sorrow? ? ? Although there is hope for the future, facing the shift work upon starting work, as well as the path ahead and the direction in which things will develop, there is still too much uncertainty and confusion; one doesn’t know what to do and feels lost. However, those who manage to find a job at least have a place to go; even if they feel lost, they can take their time to think things through. As for a few students like me who haven’t secured a job and have no plan after graduation, our hearts are filled with worry and helplessness! ! ! I don’t know what’s going on; I’ve wondered – am I that bad, or do I have some serious skill deficiency that I’m not even aware of? ? ? When I was the only one in my field who hadn’t started working yet, I felt an indescribable sadness and a complex range of emotions. What’s going on? ? ? I’ve asked myself countless times………… there’s no answer, and no one can give me one………… Am I asking for too much? ? It’s considered low; all that’s needed is a relatively stable job, and one isn’t afraid of hard work or hardships ; Am I doing poorly in my studies? ? ? If we take into account the comprehensive ranking in category 7 for expertise………… does that mean my abilities in other areas are poor? ? In addition to my studies, I try different part-time jobs to gain more practical experience ; I organized my own practical and entrepreneurial team with friends from other majors, providing a platform and plans for students to gain experience, and I also received recognition from the school… Haven’t I been expanding my abilities? ? I self-studied Corel DRAW (a professional typesetting and editing software) as well as ProⅡ. Moreover, I completed all the course designs and engineering projects related to my field by researching on my own and working out the solutions manually, refusing to use copy-paste functions…… Ah~~~ Who can tell me what’s going on here! ! ! How did I end up being an old maid? ? ? I seek advice from those with more experience, especially those who have worked in the petrochemical industry. Thank you again; I hope you can help me get out of this confusion! ! !
I feel that graduates should demonstrate in their introductions their determination to not give up in the face of difficulties, as well as the enthusiasm and drive characteristic of young people. Showing prospective employees a high degree of adaptability increases the chances of success. Don’t be discouraged; if you can’t get into large companies, it’s fine to start by gaining experience at smaller ones. You have to forge your path step by step. Staying put and sighing pessimistically is not the way for young people. Believe in yourself – gold will shine sooner or later. What you experience today is the wealth of tomorrow. Wish you success soon!
Be sure to sign with a good company; you might not need to work shifts for a year or two.
Be calm with others, and be calm with yourself! It’s clear that the original poster is excellent, but you need to understand that it might be precisely your excellence that prevents you from seeing clearly. Don’t try to grasp everything; just focus on what matters most to you. Facing continuous interviews or setbacks, your sense of disappointment might grow stronger, so let go of yourself and let go of the past – otherwise it will be difficult for you to stay motivated. You need to understand that at this starting point in work, others are in the same situation as you... Treat yourself like an ugly duckling; that way you’ll reevaluate yourself, and maybe tomorrow your feelings will be different……
Face everything with an optimistic attitude; there are no insurmountable obstacles, and personal effort is still very useful. Keep it up!
It’s relatively difficult for women to work in the petrochemical industry; In the design industry, people have to work overtime every day; the workload is heavy, and overtime is common. Basically, men are given priority ; To get started in the manufacturing industry, one has to work shifts on the production floor; there is a lot of physical labor at the beginning, and the entire process can be quite dirty. Basically, only men are hired for this work ; One woman in our company used to work shifts, which disrupted her endocrine system; she was sick every day. Things improved only after she was assigned to a different position ; None of it is easy
I’m truly grateful for everyone’s encouragement and support; I really appreciate it. I will work hard, even harder. Although I’m still lost at the moment, still haven’t found a job, and still don’t have any clear direction for the future, I will keep trying and stay strong. Because I believe that the mist will eventually clear, and everything will become bright again. I keep motivating myself as well – those who are destined to undertake great tasks must first endure hardship, strain their bodies, go hungry, and face obstacles in their efforts. That’s why one needs to strengthen their resolve… I firmly believe that tomorrow will be better. I also thank everyone for their advice. By the way, I’m in Sichuan; if a company asks me to go to Zhejiang for an interview, should I go or not? ? ? I hope everyone can give some advice. Thank you again; I wish everyone a happy New Year, success in their endeavors, and happiness for their families! ! !
Reply to 7# PoutingTLL: Go ahead, why not? Hehe, I saw your message, so I came to take a look... It seems the original poster is quite confused and lost these days? This is normal; everyone who is about to enter society will experience this to some extent. But be sure to tell yourself to stop at the right time. Once again, let go of the past and let go of yourself. Perhaps the path ahead will suddenly become clear... Believe me, I went through it in the same way! Also, once you start working, remember to be diligent; it certainly can’t do you any harm... As for going to Zhejiang, I support you morally, but the decision ultimately lies with you. If you decide to go, tell yourself that it’s just a trip, so that you won’t be too disappointed if nothing comes of it! Your mental state is very important… Wishing the original poster all the best……
