Let’s discuss what the reasons are for the poor improvement in catalyst restructuring.:)

Is it regenerated? If it doesn’t work, use manual or automatic mode!
Reasons for poor lifting of the reforming catalyst: 1. Unreasonable design of the lifting pipeline； 2. The low smoothness of the lifting pipeline affects lifting performance ； 3. The adjustment distribution of primary and secondary air pressure is inappropriate. It is recommended that the original poster refer to the differences in continuous reforming designs between UOP and IFP, as well as LPEC, to understand that UOP’s design is the most reasonable.
Adding to what was said above: the filter at the air inlet of the lifting pipeline must not be installed in the wrong direction.
