The quantities of goods received and dispatched usually refer to the quantities at standard temperature (20 degrees, 1 standard atmosphere). Therefore, you should convert the amount of oil in the tank at the temperatures before and after shipment to the equivalent amount at standard temperature, and then take the difference between those two values.
