Can it be used as a metal spraying method on carbon steel plates as an alternative to composite plates or lining structures for pressure vessels?
We usually don’t do this; spraying metal is intended for corrosion protection, and in terms of performance, it differs significantly from composite panels or lining structures!
Sprayed metal technology is rarely heard of; and even if it does exist, I think the cost would be much higher than that of lining.
Atmospheric pressure containers can be considered; I’ve never seen pressure vessels
It’s mainly a matter of medium and temperature, not an issue of substitution. Your question is very vague.
Reply to 6# Yinghong: The medium is sensitive to nickel contamination; therefore, alumina is intended to be sprayed inside the equipment. The operating temperature of the equipment is 750°C, and the operating pressure is 4 MPa. The substrate is a nickel-based alloy
